Morning: Couldn't have
anything as the blood test guy was supposed to come home

juice of two apples+ 2 carrots + little ginger
Lunch
1 packet masala oats
Teatime
Juice of two apples+2 carrots + little ginger
Dinner
2 apples +
beetroot +mint
Slight headache since evening.....no tea...no
coffee...no chocolates. Well that's a good start!
